The contest theme: “KABAKAHAN FESTIVAL – The Padre Garcia Experience”, wherein photographs of the activities in the two-day event will vie for the best that will represent the spirit of the celebration. 

Photographers of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels are invited to enter this competition. Contest period is from the start of the festivities which will begin at 7:00 am on November 30, 2014 to December 1, 2014 at 5:00 pm. Awards rites will be in the evening of the MTV event. 

Each participant will be allowed the maximum of (3) entries. A booth located in the Agri-Trade Fair in the Most Holy Rosary Parish grounds will be accepting entries in digital format and will be printed for exhibit. Photos must be taken between 7am of November 30 until 5pm of December 1, 2014. (Note: Check your camera date/hour settings) Images capture should promote the festivities and will be in the unedited/raw format. Photo title and photo caption and other information will be collected upon submission of entry. A photograph can only win once.
By submitting your entry, the participants give the right to the Local Government Unit the use of the photographs for promotional purposes with due acknowledgement to the photographer.
